Please don't send case details before a conflict check
For a first contact, send only the names of the parties, the court or jurisdiction, and your deadline. Do not send case strategy, documents, evidence or other confidential information until we have confirmed that we have no conflict and have agreed to work with you. Information sent before then may not be treated as confidential, and receiving it could prevent us from working with either side.
Not legal advice
MKR Forensics LLC provides technical and scientific consulting. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on it is an expert opinion on any particular matter. Opinions are given only within an engagement, after the evidence has been examined.

University and professional affiliations are listed for identification only. MKR Forensics LLC is an independent private consultancy. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Purdue University or the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and its work does not represent their views.
Privacy
- Email and phone. If you contact us, we receive what you send and use it only to respond and to run a conflict check.
- No tracking. We set no cookies of our own and run no advertising or tracking scripts. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect it from abuse.
- Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without building visitor profiles.
- Infrastructure. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to serve and protect it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
- No sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Daily Briefing: sources and corrections
The Daily Briefing is a curated summary of publicly reported news, compiled with AI assistance. Every item links to its sources, and significant items are checked against more than one source. It reports what courts, agencies and companies have done. It does not take positions on pending cases.
If we get something wrong, we correct the post and add a dated note at the end saying what changed. To report an error, email [email protected] with the post's address and the correction.
